Sometime life’s a beach..but being happy is not as tough as you think. It’s all a state of mind. Here is a list of tips that will make you happy instantly, even when you are feeling very low. 

  1. Please stop trying to be perfect!
  2. Do not try to change yourself to please other people. Be yourself and be happy.
  3. Be happy and satisfied with what you have while you work for something you want.
  4. Focus on one thing at a time.
  5. Spend time with your good friends and family and have fun.
  6. Schedule some alone time for yourself- even if it’s just 5 minutes a day.
  7. Go on adventures and try things you’ve never tried before.
  8. Read a good book.
  9. Exercise! Working out releases endorphines and instantly puts you in a better mood.
  10. Stop stressing! Why worry over the things you can’t control? Deal with everything as it comes.
  11. Stay away from unhappy people.
  12. Get a good night’s sleep. There’s no better way to start the day than waking up totally rested and renewed.
  13. Go out with old friends and share happy/funny old memories.
  14. Take a vacation and explore new places, cultures and meet new people. Don’t forget to take alot of pictures too.
  15. Go on a daily morning walk and inhale the fresh air.
  16. Get a new hobby or take an old one back up.
  17. Pamper yourself. A spa day, some retail therapy..whatever!
  18. Do a kind deed and help someone in need.
