Trouble sticking to your diet or clean eating plan? Here are a few things that will make it easier to stay motivated and determined so that you can get back into your skinny jeans in no time:
1. Get rid of all the junk food in your home.
Empty your pantry, refrigerator, and all secret junk food drawers. Keeping all temptations out of the house will help make it easier to stick to your diet plan. If you keep good food in your fridge, you will eat good food.
2. Set a reward for reaching your goal.
Tell yourself that if you reach your goal you will reward yourself with something special. A shopping spree, a spa day, anything that will help you stay motivated.
3. Research great healthy recipes.
Healthy eating doesn’t necessarily mean you have to forgo good taste. Go on Pinterest and research new healthy recipes. There are millions of healthy foods that are actually quite delicious.
4. Avoid supermarket temptations.
You are obviously going to eat what you bring home, so always bring home healthy stuff. Make sure that whenever you go for grocery shopping you avoid the temptations. A great way to do it is by creating a shopping list and sticking to it when at the store. You should also never go food shopping while you’re hungy.
5. Drink water.
Drinking a bottle of water before every meal will help you eat less and keeping hydrated throughout the day will not only keep you full but will give you more energy as well.
