Our skin comprises of about 90% water, so without the right amount of water your skin tends to become unhealthy and dry. Dehydration is not only bad for skin, but also for the whole body, including the vital organs like kidneys and lungs. So it is necessary to hydrate your body by drinking a good amount of water.

2. Eat healthy

Avoid fried oily junk food. Add fresh fruits and vegetables to your daily diet to keep your skin and body healthy and fresh.

3. Take care of personal hygiene

Personal hygiene is very importent if you want to avoid acne. Washing your hands regularly helps prevent acne as it reduces the chance of acne causing bacteria and dirt reaching other parts of your body when you touch them. I tried garlic and it is not a little less effective compared to any products that’s flooding the market but it’s just that I can’t really stand that long with it’s stinky smell which is really excruciating. But the nature had leave me with no choice at all but deal with it and pathetically apply it daily. A little sacrifice makes a lot of sense on doing some beauty tips.
