Quick And Easy Chocolate Recipes

People love eating chocolate desserts but one thing that holds them back from making them at home is the fact that most recipes are very tough and time consuming to make. However, that is not always the case – here are some quick and easy chocolate recipes that you can make right in your own home:
Quick and Easy Chocolate Fudge Recipe
Ingredients:
- Butter: 2 Tablespoons
- Evaporated milk: 2/3 cup
- Sugar: 1 2/3 Cups
- Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
- Milk Chocolate Chips: 1 Cup
- Vanilla: 1 teaspoon
- Dried fruits: 1/4 Cup (If you want)
- Walnuts: 1/2 Cup, Chopped
Method:
Take a saucepan and add butter, milk, sugar, and salt in it. Bring it to a boil over medium heat, while stirring constantly. Cook for 2 minutes more. Remove the saucepan from heat. Stir in chocolate chips, vanilla, walnuts and dried fruits. Beat this mixture till mixture is thoroughly combined. Butter a square dish, put this mixture in it and and leave to cool. When cold, cut into square pieces.
Quick and Easy Chocolate Pudding Recipe
Serving: 6
Ingredients:
- Unsweetened cocoa powder: 1/2 Cup
- Milk: 3 Cups
- Cornstarch: 1/4 Cup
- Sugar: 1/2 Cup
- Salt: 1/4 Teaspoon
- Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
For Garnish:
- Sweetened whipped cream
- Grated Chocolate
Method:
Take a saucepan and put 2 2/3 cups milk in it. Add cocoa powder in the milk while stirring constantly and cook till it comes to a boil. Take a bowl and add cornstarch, sugar, salt and stir in the remaining 1/3 cup milk. Add this it to the cocoa powder and milk mixture in the saucepan and cook it over low heat, while whisking constantly. Whisk it till it becomes really smooth and thick. Continue to cook and stir it for about 5 minutes. Let it cool a little and then add the vanilla extract and mix. Now pour this mixture into serving dishes. Chill in the refrigerator. Serve cold.
Quick and Easy Chocolate Fondue Recipe
Ingredients:
- Dark chocolate: 1/2 cups, chopped into small pieces
- Heavy cream: 1 Cup
- Salt: 2 Pinches
- Dippables: Strawberries, banana pieces cut into 1-inch pieces, dried appricots, candied ginger, apple pieces, kiwi, orange slices, grapes, cookies, dried fruits, nuts, pineapple, berries, marshmallows and chocolate (If you want EXTRA chocolate!) etc.
Method:
Take a saucepan and put cream in it. Warm it till tiny bubbles appear and starts to boil slowly. Add the chocolate and whisk until smooth and fully mixed. Put this mixture in a fondue pot heated at low or with a low flame instantly or you can also serve straight from the pot. Arrange the dippables on a platter plates around the chocolate pot. And voila! now it is ready to be served!
Quick and Easy Chocolate Milkshake Recipe
Ingredients:
- Milk: 1 cup
- Vanilla extract: 1/2 teaspoon
- Chocolate syrup: 4 tablespoons
- Ice cream: 1/2 cup, Vanilla flavour
- Sugar: 1 teaspoon
- Chocolate chips or Oreo Cookies: 2 tablespoons (If you want)
Method:
Take a blender and put all the ingredients in it. Blend well and serve cold.
