Want to make gel candles at home? You’re only 5 simple steps away from it!

Here are the 5 easy steps to make homemade gel candles:

Ingredients:

1. Candle gel wax (available in transparent form)

2. Liquid colour

3. Oil Fragrance (if you like)

4. Zinc wicks

5. A beautiful small glass bowl

6. Beads, shells, stars, artificial crystals, toys, artificial pearls, artificial gems, artificial flowers etc (if you like)

Method:

Step 1: Take some glue and place it in the center of the bottom of the glass bowl and stick the wick in it. Let it dry.

Step 2 : Take the gel wax and melt it in a stainless steel pot on low heat.

Step 3 : When the gel wax melt compeletly in liquid transparent form, add some colour and fragrance.

Step 4 : Take a glass and place any kind of stones, beads, shells, stars you like in it. Pour the melted hot gel into the glass. Make sure that the wick stays in the center of the glass. If you want to make a multi-colored candle, pour one color of gel into the glass, add some stars or glitter if you like and let it cool. Then pour another color of gel in the glass and add beads.

Step 5: Let it cool and then your new candle is ready to burn.
