
Beef And Vegetable Stew Recipe
Here is the recipe of a delicious and quick Beef and Vagetable Stew. Easy to make and yummy to eat!!
Ingredients:
Beef Cube shaped, boneless: 1/2 kg
Onion: 1/2 cup
Carrot: 1 cup chopped in cubes
Capsicam: 1 cup chopped in cubes
Spring onion: 2 whole chopped 1 inch long
Celery: 1/2 cup sliced
Baby corn: 1 cup cut in half
White vinegar: 2 tbsp
Soya sauce: 2 tbsp
Black pepper: 1/2 tsp
Salt: According to taste
Garlic: 2 tbsp Sliced
Ginger: 4 cloves
Fresh Coriander: 3 tbsp thinly chopped
Peppercorns: 1/3 tsp
Cloves: 1/3 tsp
Cinnamon stick: 1 small
Black cardamom: 2
Star anise: 2
Water: 4 glasses
Olive Oil: 4 tbsp
Method:
Boil 4 glasses of water in sauce pot and add beef, garlic, ginger, cloves, peppercorns, cloves, cinnamon stick, cardamom and star anise, cook it until beef becomes soft and tender, approximately 30-40 minutes on medium low heat. Now separate beef from stock and strain the remaining stock. Put 4 tbsp olive oil in the same pot, and fry onions till they are translucent. Pour back 3 cup stock in sauce pot and add beef, carrot, capsicam, spring onion, celery, baby corn, vinegar, soya sauce, pepper and salt. Cook it 4-5 minutes and serve it with plane boiled rice. For garnish sprinkle coriander on the top.
