Smooth Quick And Easy Gram Flour Soup


Gram Flour ( Chickpea flour ): 3 tbsp full
Yogurt: 1/2 cup
Onion: 2 tbsp finely chopped
Tomato: 1 tbsp finely chopped
Coriander: 1 tsp finely chopped
Green or Red Chilli: 1 finely  chopped
Vagetable Oil: 4-5 tbsp
Black Pepper: According to taste
Slat: According to taste
Oregano: 3-4 pinches
Water: 2 cups


Put flour, yogurt and water in a blender and blend it well. Heat a pan, pour 3 tbsp oil in it and fry onions until they are golden brown. Add tomato, chilli, salt, oregano and pepper and cook it for 2 minutes. Add flour/yogurt mixture in it and cook it for 5-6 minutes until the mixture becomes thick like a soup. Pour it in a serving bowl and garnish with chopped coriander. Enjoy!!
