Quick And Easy Chicken Steak Recipe




Boneless chicken breasts with skin: 2
Garlic paste: 1/2 tsp
Ginger paste:1/2 tsp
Worcestershire sauce: 2 tbsp
Oregano: 1/3 tsp
Cumin seed: 2-3 pinches
Black pepper: 1/3 tsp
Fresh lemon juice: 1 tbsp
Salt: According to taste

Oil: For frying



Add garlic, ginger, worcestershire sauce, oregano, cumin, pepper, lemon juice and salt and whisk well in a bowl. Prick breast pieces with fork and cover them in the mixture. Marinate for about 4-5 hours.

Heat a grill pan, pour 2 tbsp of oil in pan, then put the steaks on the pan and cook on low heat. Keep pouring the remaining marination liquid over the steaks.

Cook one side for 2-3 minutes, turn it, and then cook other side for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat when it’s done.

Serve steaks with baked baby potatoes or with Mixed Bean Salad or with Fresh Tomato Salsa.
