Cheesy Nachos With Tomato Salsa




Tomatoes medium sized, peeled and finely diced:  2-3
Red onion small, finely diced: 1
Jalapeño chili pepper (stems, ribs, seeds removed), finely diced: 1
Lemon Juice fresh: 2-3 tbsp
Mint leaves chopped: 1 tbsp
Black olives finely chopped: 3-4 tbsp
Capsicum finely chopped: 3-4 tbsp full
Salt: according to taste
Pepper: according to taste
Oregano: 3-4 pinches

Cheese: Any that you like and as much as you want!
Nachos: as much as you want.


1: Spread nachos in ovenproof dish.Put cheese on the top and put in oven until cheese melts.

2: Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl. Mix well and place in the fridge for an hour. Enjoy your spicy, sour salsa with cheesey nachos.
