Easy and Quick Potato Cheese Balls Recipe



Potatoes: 3 medium size

Parmesan Cheese (grated): 80g

Plain white Flour: Half cup

Bread Crumbs: Half cup

Egg: 1

Spring onions: 1, finely chopped

Parsley or Freash Coriander leaves: 2 tablespoons, fine chopped

Green chilli (optional according to taste): 1, finely chopped

Salt (according to taste) : Half teaspoon

Black pepper :Quarter teaspoon

Oil for frying



Boil potatoes till they are soft. Peel the skin and mash them. Add salt, black pepper, parsley or coriander, spring onions, green chilli, grated cheese and mix well. Divide into equal portions and shape into balls. Beat egg with hand beater, add a pinch of black pepper and salt in plain white flour. Dip potato balls into beaten egg and then put them in the flour. Dip ball into beaten egg again and then roll in the bread crumbs to cover the ball completely. Fry till golden brown and serve.
